Items, other than custom-made
orders and items purchased with a gift certificate, may be returned for a
full refund, less shipping, handling and insurance charges.
We can not accept the return of embroidered (personalized)
items, or Photo quilts unless defective. Please double check all
spellings and dates to be embroidered as wrong spelling or a wrong date
does not constitute a defective product.
Candles that have not been burned may be returned for a refund less
shipping, handling and insurance charges. A 5% re-stocking fee will apply.
Bath & Body products may not be returned due to health
regulations.
